From the early stage of walkthrough to the final delivery, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail were evident. What impressed us most was the seamless handover process. The team made the transition so effortless, handling the documentation, to the quality checks, the key handover, and surprisingly to the extend of helping us and being with us in organising our Griha Pravesha (housewarming) ceremony. “I am a doctor working at Lisie Hospital and have been staying at your SFS Center Cove for the past few years in a flat rented through SFS Home Care division. I felt I should write to you personally to say how much I admire the way you are carrying forward your father's legacy. I also want to thank Yamini from SFS Home Care. She was always reasonable with rental hikes, and so was the owner. Also, a heads up to request me to move out from the apartment was given well in advance. Living at SFS Center Cove has convinced me that the flat itself is the best advertisement for your work. The quality and comfort speak for themselves. When I am able to afford one, I would definitely want to own an SFS apartment. This is a thank-you note from the bottom of my heart.
